Clear, Concise Pricing

We believe in giving you a bid that is easy to read, clearly delineating all the different components such as sheetrock, plumbing and electrical. You will receive a preliminary bid, and once that is approved, we give you a firm number with a contract. The only deviation from that number is if you change your mind about something or if something unusual surfaces that we couldn't see or anticipate from our external inspection. There can be surprises inside the walls or under the floors that cannot be predicted, so we suggest a buffer in your budget to accommodate these situations.

 We treat your home like our own

 We lay down drop cloths to protect your floors, vacuum to remove all debris and wear shoe protectors when needed.

 We work to close out the project as quickly as possible. This means taking care of all inspections and last minute details. A final walk through and our client can get on with life in their newly created or renovated space!
